How to Apply
Haydn Online Music International Competition (HOMIC)
We are excited to welcome musicians from all over the world to take part in HOMIC! Follow the steps below to complete your application:
1. Choose Your Category and Prepare Your Video
Select from:
- Soloist (instrument or voice)
- Composer
- Conductor
- Chamber Ensemble
Prepare your performance video (1–25 mins). Make sure:
- Performer(s) are clearly visible (except composers)
- The video is uploaded to YouTube or similar platform
- Visibility is set to “unlisted” or “public”
2. Submit Your Application (Preliminary Round)
Fill out our Online Application Form before 10 December 2025.
You’ll need:
- Your name and birthdate
- Nationality
- Category
- Video link
✅ The Preliminary Round is free.
3. Preliminary Evaluation & Results
The jury will evaluate submissions 11–12 December 2025.
Preliminary results will be announced on 13 December 2025 via email and on our website.
4. Final Round Confirmation
Selected participants will register for the Final Round by:
- Filling out the Final Round form
- Paying a €87.90 admin fee (non-refundable)
📆 Registration open: 19–23 September 2025
The Final Round takes place 18–22 December 2025.
Final results will be announced on 23 December 2025.
